2. Lack of proper diet
One must avoid junk food, which are just to create fats and not health. For good health, proper diet should maintain as per vitamins, proteins and other essential nutrition for good health.
Proper diet will make you free from over weight, controls your body organs and keep you in green mark on overall health. People sometime neglect the importance of proper diet with nutrition. One must completely avoid all kind of “Injurious to health” product like cigarette, alcohol etc.
3. Lack of workload judgment
Lack of workload judgment, can put you in serious health hazardous. Everything has working time capacity with proper rest too. If for the sake of creating more wealth, if someone loosing health, it is completely meaningless.
Workload must be in your control. Many people never takes break. Which will create problem for long run. If a person seating too much for long time, may affect Spondylosis.
