The Biggest issues in our health today is negligence. If health comes in your second priority, then life will be miserable. All the enjoyment of this life is hidden on your health. By avoiding “injurious to health products”, a good health can be maintain easily.

Always gives first priority to health. Because biggest wealth in this life is your health. The very beginning of the day, one must start with physical exercise after taking workout diet.

In our busy life we often forget that health is wealth. Wealth which we earn must be utilize in our real life. Unfortunately, many peoples put so much effort to create wealth, and at last loosing wealth on health. Which is completely meaningless.

What are the biggest issues in health today :

1. No time for Health

To create wealth, one must give time on business or jobs, to create knowledge one must spend time to learn. Likewise, to create good health, one must gives time for physical exercise.

Morning exercise not only create health, but also schedule your time systematically, if you plan well. The early hour of the morning, must not be compromising with any other activity other than physical exercise.

Proper physical exercise will helps you in maintaining fit, control weights, cholesterol level control to avoid heart disease, stroke etc.

2. Lack of proper diet

One must avoid junk food, which are just to create fats and not health. For good health, proper diet should maintain as per vitamins, proteins and other essential nutrition for good health.

Proper diet will make you free from over weight, controls your body organs and keep you in green mark on overall health. People sometime neglect the importance of proper diet with nutrition. One must completely avoid all kind of “Injurious to health” product like cigarette, alcohol etc.

3. Lack of workload judgment

Lack of workload judgment, can put you in serious health hazardous. Everything has working time capacity with proper rest too. If for the sake of creating more wealth, if someone loosing health, it is completely meaningless.

Workload must be in your control. Many people never takes break. Which will create problem for long run. If a person seating too much for long time, may affect Spondylosis.

Giving good break for the sake of health are highly recommendable. One must take long break in the form of trips to far island with many fun activities because to maintain good mental stability.


Hence, it is highly recommended that always keeps health in first priority. Give time for health, maintain proper diet and never take too much stress on workplace, take a good break after hectic schedule.

1 tsp – Coconut oil
1 tsp – Honey


* Heat milk in a pan and bring it to a simmer.

* Whisk ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in the milk. Let it simmer for about five minutes.

* Stir in the coconut milk.

* Now pour the moon milk in a cup and sweeten it with honey and drink it before going to bed.
